Lyn Zhang graduated from University of Michigan and is currently pursuing a master's degree at the University of Chicago, Booth Business School.
She has experience in investment banking and venture capital, and was the summer analyst at Roth Capital Partners, Equiteq and Energy Capital Ventures. She also was the host of MPods, the UMich Alumni Podcast.
Co-founder Patricia Wang

Patricia graduated from the University of Michigan with double degrees in Economics and Psychology in May 2024.
Currently, she is an associate consultant at a boutique consulting firm. With a rich background that includes founding a nonprofit organization and gaining startup experience, Patricia brings a unique blend of analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit to the consulting world.
VP & Board Member Vanessa Wang
Northwestern University
Vanessa is based in Chicago and specializes in economic consulting, including cross-border investigations, post-M&A disputes, and commercial due diligence.
Additionally, she is the founder of an e-commercepharmaceutical company. She is passionate about building things from scratch. At Girls Who impact, she oversees the overall strategy, internal consulting projects, and mentorship initiatives.

Cynthia Liu - City Chapter Lead & Venture Lead
Based in Boston, Cynthia work as a Product Analyst at a tech company and am the founder of a music education company. She is passionate about using technology to enhance education accessibility. At Girls Who Impact, Cynthia helps oversee the Venture and City Chapter.

Hey, I'm Kristina Yuan, project Outreach Director at GWI. I also work full-time as a market researcher in the life sciences industry, and based in NYC. I graduated from Penn State with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics, and I earned my master's degree in Business Analytics from WashU.

Jessica Zhang - Project Team Lead
Jessica is a senior student at USC majoring in Urban Planning and Environmental Studies. Her research focus primarily lies on land use equity and environmental health.
She has experience with consulting, private equity, and government, and enjoys working with private and public sector players to deliver impact.

Juliana Sun - Mentorship Lead
Juliana is passionate about public welfare and sustainable development. Having served as the Campus Director for the UN Millennium Fellowship and as a team leader for the Global Admissions Committee, she has also conducted research on ethnic minority women in Qianxinan and organized several SDG-focused events.

Kiki Gu - Social Media Lead
Kiki is a senior student at Emory with interests in consulting, NGO operations, and media management. She enjoys exploring new things and leveraging her creativity to solve problems in life and workplace.
She has many internships in consulting and ESG-related companies and is eager to explore more opportunities to create the social impact.
