Girls Who Impact is a non-profit organization dedicated to discovering and empowering the potential of girls. We believe that every girl has the power to bring about positive change in their community and the entire world.
About GWI
Girls Who Impact (GWI) was established due to our personal experiences in two male-dominated industries, investment banking and consulting. We observed a significant gender imbalance and realized that many aspiring female professionals faced uncertainties in these fields.
GWI was born to tackle this issue by offering support, mentorship, and opportunities to women pursuing careers in business and aim to deliver impact. The organization empowers girls by breaking down barriers and providing guidance, ultimately striving to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce in the world.
